Sweet white wine, made
from late harvest Kay Gray and Geisenheim
grapes. Wine having a light golden colour, with
pleasant aromas such as honey and ripe fruit, apricot
in particular.
This wine, lightly aged in oak barrel, offers a delicate
roasted nuts aftertaste.
Suggestions : Foie gras, strong cheese,
almond pie, chocolate profiterole and various sweet
desserts.

two grapes (St-Pépin and Geisenheim),

this wine. It's originality stems from the fact
that we use our youngest and oldest Geiseiheim vines

coquille St-Jacques, blue cheese, smoked salmon

This limited red wine reserve is offered
only at a certain time of the year. This wine
is identical to the Lamertois Carte Or, but the difference

The Ste-Croix grape is used to produce
this red wine reserve. Dense, ruby colour and
a good fruity aroma, such as cherries, with a hint
of vanilla and delicately aged in American white oak
barrels.
Suggestions : Duck pâté, rabbit, roasted
meat, mild to strong cheese and pasta with spicy sauce.
