Terre de St-Cyprien

Red wine, made from Maréchal Foch and Sainte-Croix grapes.  This is a light, very Beaujolais-style red wine.  Quite fruity, with a taste of field berries and a little spiciness.
Suggestions : Cold cuts, pot roast, roast pork, grilled chicken and mild cheese.
Serving Temperature : 10 to 14 °Celsius
Aging Potential : 2 years.

Les Trois Sols

White wine made from Cayuga white grapes.  Wine with a delicate taste of fruit, such as apricots and peaches, and a lingering muscat flavour.
Suggestions : Fish, fois gras, white meat, roast, shellfish, oysters, quiche lorraine.
Serving Temperature : 8 to 10 °Celsius
Aging Potential : : 2 to 3 years.

Le Garnement

Sweet white wine, made from late harvest Kay Gray and Geisenheim grapes.  Wine having a light golden colour, with pleasant aromas such as honey and ripe fruit, apricot in particular.  
This wine, lightly aged in oak barrel, offers a delicate roasted nuts aftertaste.
Suggestions : Foie gras, strong cheese, almond pie, chocolate profiterole and various sweet desserts.
Serving Temperature : 8 Celsius
Aging Potential  : 5 years or more.

La Dauversière

This white wine, made from a blend of two grapes (St-Pépin and Geisenheim), is lightly aged in French oak barrels.  With an apple/pear fruitiness, this dry wine has a delicate, nutty aroma.
Suggestions : Cold cuts, seafood platter, oysters, fish, mild cheese, creamed chicken dishes.
Serving Temperature : 10 Celsius
Aging Potential  : 2 to 3 years.

Les 3 Sols Rosé

Rose wine, made mainly from the Maréchal Foch grape. This light and refreshing wine evokes hints of strawberry and blackcurrant.  Chill before serving.
Suggestions
: White meat, cold cuts, assorted cheese platter and fresh fruits; ideal for sipping on a terrace, accompanied with dry sausage.

Aging Potential  : 2 years.

La Parcelle du Temps

Geisenheim grape is used for this wine.  It's originality stems from the fact that we use our youngest and oldest Geiseiheim vines to produce this rich, refreshing wine.  A pleasant oakiness gives this wine a mellow taste and a powerful bouquet.
Suggestions
: Fish fillets with cream sauce, coquille St-Jacques, blue cheese, smoked salmon
Serving Temperature : 8 to 10 Celsius.
Aging Potential : 5 years or more

Le Lambertois Carte Or

This robust red wine, made from Maréchal Foch, Cabernet Franc and Ste-Croix grapes possesses powerful fruity flavours, lots of oakiness and a delicate vanilla taste.  A very intense red wine, with great aging possibilities.
Suggestions
: Pepper steak, meat sauted in sauce, roast duck or goose, wild game and strong cheese.
Serving Temperature : 16 to 18 Celsius
Aging Potential  : 5 years and more.

Le Lambertois Carte Noire

This limited red wine reserve is offered only at a certain time of the year.  This wine is identical to the Lamertois Carte Or, but the difference lies in its age.  The Carte Noire is always aged few years.
Suggestions
:  Red meat, spicy cold cuts, wild game and strong cheese.
Serving Temperature : 16 to 18 Celsius
Aging Potential  : 5 years and more.

Givre Noir

The Ste-Croix grape is used to produce this red wine reserve.  Dense, ruby colour and a good fruity aroma, such as cherries, with a hint of vanilla and delicately aged in American white oak barrels.
Suggestions
: Duck pâté, rabbit, roasted meat, mild to strong cheese and pasta with spicy sauce.
Serving Temperature : 14 to 18 Celsius
Aging Potential  : 3 to 4 years.
